Shipping

Orders of ready-to-ship stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Your order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, which is generally estimated for delivery in the continental US within 4-7 business days. Sorry, but we don't guarantee carrier times.

We offer free shipping for orders over $200 anywhere in the United States.

Customized items may take anywhere from 7-30 business days to ship. Please see product detail page for further information about your product. If you have questions about the processing time of a specific item, email us at info@patchtown.com. As a general rule, we cannot rush custom orders.

If you believe that there is an issue with shipping or delivery of your order, please contact us right away at info@patchtown.com.

Rush Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping. We understand that the world moves fast, but at Patchtown we take pride in quality over quantity, and believe in taking the time to do things right. 

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

If you feel you have a special case for a rush order, please reach out for further information.

Lost Orders
Your order should arrive within 7-10 days of shipping (21-30 days for US Territories and APO/AE addresses.) If you have not received your package in 7-10 days please email us info@patchtown.com. We DO NOT replace orders after 30 days of shipment date.

Address Issues
You are responsible for any incorrect addresses entered upon ordering. If you're entered your address incorrectly at checkout, please contact us within 12 hours to update your order. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address and you do not receive it, we cannot refund your order. You may place a new order using the correct address. When/if your original order is returned to us, we will refund your original purchase price.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. As a small family team, navigating the complexities of global sales and shipping are outside the scope of our capabilities at this time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

If you are interested in placing a large order ($150+) to an international address, please reach out to us via email at info@patchtown.com to discuss special accommodations. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs, tariffs, taxes, and duties on international orders. We cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate your request.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Returns or Exchanges
If you have ordered in error and want to exchange or return your product, email us within 21 days of purchase at info@patchtown.com. Returns are available for stock items only. Custom patches are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after 21 days of the purchase date. Off-the-shelf (stock) items are refundable or exchangeable when returned in new, unused condition with original receipt within 21 days of your purchase. Contact us by email atinfo@patchtown.com to begin your return process!

Custom products are non-refundable. Changes to a custom patch order can only be made up to 48 hours of ordering by emailing us at info@patchtown.com. If you are dissatisfied with your patches or we made an error in the production of your patches, please let us know right away. We will always correct errors for which we are at fault at no cost to you.We do not offer refunds on custom products (patches, t-shirts, flags, appliques, etc.) If there is an error on our part, we will remake the product fixing the error.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please be sure to check your order immediately upon receipt! If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. We will cover replacement or exchange for any incorrect or defective items only within 14 days of order delivery.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since you've shipped your return, please contact us at info@patchtown.com.
