Refund policy
Returns
All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after 21 days of the purchase date.
Custom products are non-refundable.
Changes to a custom patch order can only be made up to 48 hours of ordering by emailing us at info@patchtown.com.
We do not offer refunds on custom products (patches, t-shirts, flags, appliques, etc.) If there is an error on our part, we will remake the product fixing the error.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please be sure to check your order immediately upon receipt! If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. We will cover replacement or exchange for any incorrect or defective items only within 14 days of order delivery.
Lost Orders
Your order should arrive within 7-10 days of shipping (21-30 days for US Territories and APO/AE addresses.) If you have not received your package in 7-10 days please email us info@patchtown.com. We DO NOT reship orders after 30 days of shipment date.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@patchtown.com.
